I dont know what to do.

Okay so I just took a pregnancy test and it was positive but I dont want to tell my fiancee. We haven't been on the best of terms lately and I have thought about leaving him soon. I am confused about what to do. My job is not that great and I barely pay my Bill's as it is by myself. Please help!!
