Help please..

So i had an ectopic pregnancy and I had surgery which resulted in me losing my right tube on December 18,2018. I bled for 6 days like a regular period. We had sex,we weren't trying to conceive but I have noticed up to this day no period has come. I'm not really feeling pregnancy symptoms except the fact that I'm always hungry. I have been testing but all I'm getting are faint lines.I am wondering if its left over hormones or a new pregnancy.
