Dull pelvic cramps
I've been getting this achy feeling in my pelvis, almost like period pain but lighter for three days now. I have no idea what it is. There is no spotting or other symptoms. I'm not expecting to be pregnant, because we haven't really been trying this month (hearts not in it anymore). Although it's possible, but I'm not optimistic. I have pcos so my period isn't due until February. Anyone else had this before?
