What are they signs of depression I feel like I have it and I am 5 weeks pregnant and don’t know if I want the baby I am only 16

Talk to a professional as soon as you can, or a parent or guardian you trust. Depression is not a joke and you are so young. I have it during my pregnancy and it kept getting worse and worse and I didn’t want to get help, I finally broke down to a coworker who told me to get help. 
If you even think you have it, don’t worry about the symptoms right now, talk to someone and they can ask you the right questions and help you to the path best for you.
