Umm idk how to feel

So last year I was pregnant but lost it (truth) didn’t really want a baby so we haven’t been trying and last night I had a dream about the baby I would have had and was upset and told my boyfriend about and he was like you want babies? I can give you babies he like said more sweetly than you’d think. Kinda like wondering why he’d say that and if he really wants to have a baby with me. We 19 and 22. What do you think about what HE said?
