Girls, I’m seeing more “Help me! This is the most painful period!” Posts this month than ever! In fact, I just posted one too.

What if there is a correlation between getting adequate sunlight (its -5 degrees F where I am right now and the sun and I are hardly homies anymore) and having lesser period cramps?

Take some vitamin D, (Both kinds if that’s what you’re into) and see if anything improves! Can we do an unofficial study? Lol
