Hip pain relief?!

Any suggestions? Sleeping at night on my sides is uncomfortable even with pillows for support. Not sure what to do but at 17 weeks I can only imagine it’s going to get worse!

I have been very sore in the hips with occasional sharp pains, seeing a chiropractor and feeling way better after this last adjustment! Also have been using prego pillow since early 1st trimester

Been going through the same. Now I sleep on my tummy on my U-pillow to get the weight off my hips. My bump hangs between the pillow n relaxes on the bed. Enables me to get relief for a few hours before I sleep on the sides again. Somehow I turn with this posture. Yet when I sleep on my side, I keep the posture all night long unless if the pain wakes me up.  Otherwise M looking for solutions too.
