I forgot about this dreadful part of pregnancy....I pee every time I throw up/dry heave. 😳😫

This happened to me a few days ago. Got in my car to go to work,  threw up out the door and peed myself at the same time. Thankfully I was still in my driveway and ran back in to change.

Extra clothes go with me everywhere. Especially to work. Let me tell you how embarrassing it is to throw up and pee yourself in front of your 20 kindergarteners🙄
