Ok. I need some advice or help. Before we get started, I have some important information to help you help me. I *have* been on *Depo for 4 months* now.

Yesterday was my 14th day in my cycle and I had HORRID cramping & only for yesterday I was bleeding as if it were a light flow day. I only had a period for 3 days(normally its 5-6 days). I can say that leading up to now my cycle has been on a constant 35(ish) day cycle. I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what is up with my body😅
