Charting temps
If I forgot to take my temp right when I woke up—should I just not chart it today? Or should I chart it knowing that it might throw my results off?
I woke up and forgot to take my temperature right before I got out of bed. I got back in bed about 5 minutes later and have been laying here and decided to take my temperature which is about half a degree higher than yesterday.
I’m new to charting and only have about a weeks worth of temps. But I’m trying to start tracking since I just came off the pill in the middle of December and I’m on cycle day 38.
