Weight fluctuations
How much does weight generally fluctuate on period? I’ve recently lost 15 lbs and I usually weigh every morningg( I know I’m not supposed to every day but whatever) lol but this morning I’m up 5lbs from yesterday. I hope it’s just water weight and extra pms weight but I did goo crazy on some chocolate yesterday 😂
