Anyone else having to go alone? I was seeing a midwife and we were so close and seeing her alone was no big deal. But I'm switching to an OB and even though he has phenomenal reviews for being gentle and respectful, I just realized I'm going all alone to my first appointment and I'm so much more emotional than i thought I'd be. I legitimately want to cancel and reschedule a month out so my SO can come, but my OB's nurse is really insistent that this is the best time... i feel alone and trapped. :(
