I'm four weeks postpartum and I stopped bleeding almost immediately after birth and we dtd. I just got a positive pregnancy test. Could this be left over hormones or a pregnany? My insurance hasnt paid my bill yet so I cant phone a doctor at the moment.

Please no rude comments wed be ecstatic if it was another baby because it took so long for the first but I just dont know.
