Single side cramps

I'm 7w3d. I know cramping is normal and it comes and goes. However, 75 percent of my cramping is on the left side of my uterus. Not my kidneys and not my hip. Ectopic pregnancy has been ruled out via ultrasound. Has anyone else had single side cramping,?
