Constantly nauseous
Hey ladies.... looking for ideas. I’m 7 weeks 2 days and the nausea that kicked in about a week ago is getting progressively worse. I’m keeping things down even though it seems like I’m forcing myself not to puke everything back up. I’ve tried lemon ginger tea (EW) wasn’t for me.... I’ve tried mints (not much help). I’ve tried small meals.. constantly eating crackers every hour or two... just not much relief! I’m a teacher so getting through my days aren’t easy. I feel like a basket case because of it. I spend my time at home avoiding all the stuff that needs done and laying down struggling. Which has put me in a serious depressed state where I don’t wanna talk to anyone... go anywhere... or do anything. Sleep is my only time of relief. HELP?
