IUI success with pcos?

Jessica • My name is Jessica, I am 32 years old. I have PCOS, My sweet husband and I have been blessed after 5 years TTC and many doctors, we have our rainbow twin girls. Now 6yrs later and 15 miscarriages later we're praying for a miracle🙏🩷
I have PCOS I have been TTC for a year and a half. I have successfully ovulated 4 times on letrozole and am waiting on results for round 5. I had an HSG test and it opened my tubes this last month. My dr wants me to try IUI if this round is another BFN. Has anyone else been through this? Anyone have success with the IUI?
