When do you guys think it’s best to move on to a fertility dr? I’m just using a gyno now. Been ttc for about a year. I’m 25. I have endometriosis and polycystic ovaries. I have very irregular periods...I don’t ovulate. Never been pregnant before. HSG looks good. About to start my third month of femara and my first month of metformin. First month was 2.5mg with ovulation positive opk on day 27. 2nd month 5mg no ovulation....currently on cd 35 and have been on and off for the last two weeks. Dr told me to start provera for a new cycle and then do 5mg letrozole again. Took one provera and then got back pain cramps and today am bleeding a little heavier than spotting but a little lighter than normal flow. Not sure if this is day 1 of my new cycle or what.

I’m just at a point where I am ready to give up!
