Random question: how do you make yourself cry?
Crying for me is difficult and rare-ish but it's such a relief, because when I do cry it's for all the things I haven't cried over and it's a long crying session. When I feel frustrated I tear up but i hate crying in public. Today I felt so frustrated over many things building up but because I was in public I held it in. I'm alone now and it's probably super weird but I just can't cry... I've been watching 'try not to cry' videos, thinking about really sad things.. nothing's working ... Growing up my mum wouldn't let me cry and she'd get angry at me whenever I did .. so I guess that's where it came from .. but yeah I really need advice .. how does one trigger a long session of crying? (Btw I love my mum, I'm almost certain it's because she felt sad when I was sad so she didn't like to see me sad- so it's not like horrible but yeah pls help ty)
