I was recently in a snowmobile accident couple weeks ago. I broke my femur in three areas, my hip, 4 ribs, and my arm all on the left side. I had surgery that took 5 hours and they pinned, plated, screwed, and (put a rod in my femur) everything but my ribs. I was in the hospital for 11 days. For the first couple, I was given Dilaudid a lot. Then started taking oxycodone and Flexeril and they started me on lovenox shots to prevent blood clots. Now I'm home non weight bearing on my left leg, but I'm allowed to bend it and move it and I move around a lot with my wheelchair. I just took a pregnancy test and it's positive!!!! I'm freaking out I just stopped taking all my medicine I hope I didn't do any damage to baby. I only have 2 days left on my lovenox shots.
