When can baby hear?

I'm 17 weeks tomorrow and people have been telling me she can here me and SO already. But I'm not convinced. I no baby she has developed ears, but i don't know about hearing

Does anyone know when the baby can start hearing your voice??

This app says 14 weeks but Dr Google says it's between 18-22 weeks.

From Drs and other sources I've heard it's muffled sounds around 14-16 weeks. And gets clearer from there.
