I went into labor at 5 pm jan. 21 2019. I waited for my husband to get off work at 7 then went to hospital. They checked me at a 4 and then i got a iv and moniters hooked up. I walked around for a while in between things. At around 12-1 cant remember exactly they broke my water. From there the contractions got worse and worse. Finelly i asked for a epidurial. I had to finish iv fluids then they started a epidural. It only made one leg numb so they took it out and did a spinal block and another epidural after 20 mins i was feeling relief from the intence pain. But then she went in destress and i ended up needing a oxygen mask and laying on my side. After they got her stable they checked me at a 7 did a cathidur which took 5 mins checked me again right after and i was at a 10 so they took it right back out. I began pushing and after 45 mins she was born and as i held her my placenta was next but then she was took away because i started hemoraging. They gave me one med to try and stop it but ended up giveing me another because the first didnt work. After i was stable i got to hold my angel again i adore her so much.
