My husband has retrograde and we have to measure how much he produces EVERYTIME he cums. It’s an absolute nightmare right now. For your semon analysis I would wait the 2-5 days no foreplay. I know it’s hard but whats 2-5 days in the grand scheme of things especially when it’s for fertility. Best of luck xx
