For everyone struggling even with poor numbers or dismal chances, just keep trying!

Was told in Oct 2017 that I had only a 10% chance with help and only a 1-3% chance going it alone. My FSH was 9.9, estrodial 104, and the most dismal AMH of 0.51, with only 5 follicles counted (total). The women in my family have a history of premature menopause and all finished by the age of 42. I decide since I already had 3 grown children and no budget for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>, just to supplement, track, and love on my husband. We’ve been trying consistently really for the last 5 months (was out of the country last year for work, so trying was difficult). Began taking 1000mg metformin, 800mg vitex, 200mg CoQ10, 100mg DHEA, 120mg pregnenalone (it’s a precursor to progesterone, and I only took it during my luteal phase...and now will keep taking it and maybe up the dosage), and a folic acid supplement (will post pics of all the supplements when I get back to the U.K., currently back visiting California). Currently am 13dpo, and got this w/ middle of the day pee. Fingers crossed it sticks!
