What would you use for this? We just bought Pampers Baby Dry to hold us over til our shipment arrives in two days and noticed this on my sons inner thigh area. Assuming a reaction to the diaper even though we use Pampers Cruisers typically (they were out at the store we went to). Ive tried buttpaste but honestly looks like it needs moisture so I tried a mixture of Vaseline, bag balm and triple antibiotic ointment. Any other suggestions?

And he is potty training so he only wears a diaper for sleeping.. so not quite sure how this occurred with such little time spent in a diaper😖🤦‍♀️
