What do you do to destress/take your mind off the stress of ttc?

I have found doing puzzles immensely helpful and therapeutic. I have done 2 back to back 2000 piece puzzles in the last 2 months and its been great focusing on that rather than getting myself down about not conceiving. I choose scenic puzzles and when i have completed them i preserve them with pva glue and put them on my wall....

What do you do to destress?
