Feeling a little behind

So I went into labor and delivery on friday because I was having contractions. Turns out I was extremely dehydrated. 33 weeks+3 days. Could this be an indication that my baby could come earlier than her due date? FTM. Im feeling behind because of everyone posting their nurserys put together and hospital bags put together. My nursery still has only 2 walls painted and hardly anything put up in there. Our baby shower isnt until 2 weeks and a lot of people are already having theirs. Anyone else feeling the anxiety of not having it all together yet?
