Has anyone travelled to Morocco pregnant?

I am travelling to Morocco in a few week and will be about 10/11 weeks pregnant.  I don’t have my vaccines and don’t think I can have.  Have you travelled to Morocco safety and any tips on stay healthy/safe?

I’m half Moroccan and live in Virginia . I have plenty of family and friends that traveled to Morocco pregnant and they did not  need vaccines . Just drink bottled water and do not eat from street vendors to avoid get sick .
