Suggestions??!
So I’m trying to lose weight and get back down to 110-115. I’m 4’ 11” so every pound is noticeable. Right now I think I’m 155-160. I’m a gymnast, dancer, and archer and still feel like I’m not losing anything. I am vegetarian and am thinking about going on the Keto diet to lose some body fat. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m at a loss and need some guidance.
