Pre seed & luck

Ladies, my husband and I have been trying for a year. This month we are trying pre seed and BD every other day. Tomorrow is when I’m predicted to ovulate. We BD today because glow says today is the day with the higher chance of conceiving! We’ve used pre seed three times! Should we BD again tomorrow on the day I’m ovulating or wait until the next day? I took an opk yesterday and it was light. And has anyone used pre seed and had any luck ? I’ve heard mixed opinions
