why cant i express much milk but I’m breastfeeing full time every 2-3 hours? Will my baby be getting enough even though she only feeds for about 10 minutes each time?? I can only express 1-2ounce each boob each time

Expressing is apparently not super effective when compared to the babies ability to suck, not to mention their saliva is like a stimulant to breast milk production I believe. You’re only indication you should follow to ensure your baby is getting enough milk is their satisfaction, weight gain and wet/dirty nappies... definitely don’t go by what you can express as that is not an indication of what baby gets. Unfortunately some people just can’t express or express very little and there’s not always a lot you can do about it.

I have a ten month old and I'm the same... I get about 2oz on one side and less than 1oz on the other. my son is also hungry every 2-3 hours and he takes about 5-10 minutes to feed. 
I started off pumping because he was in NICU and I got loooads back then! But my son is gaining loads of weight even though I can't pump much now 
Pumping less doesn't mean baby isn't getting much, don't worry. Just focus on nappies and weight gain :) 
If baby only feeds off one size you can use a hakka to collect milk on the other side
