When to set things up and prepare?!

So I have everything I pretty much need now! Apart from a breast pump and a couple of little bits. 
When will you all pack baby’s hospital bag? 
Your hospital bag? 
Put the Moses basket up and ready? 
I have all her clothes ready all folded in the draws along with the essentials! 
I just don’t know when to start doing all the other little things? This is my second pregnancy and with my first I remember doing it all very early on due to excitement! 😂👌🏻 
I’m 25 weeks 2 days 💓 due may the 10th

My goodness I feel so behind 😂😂 by this point we had a great deal of things last time. But he's 5, and we didn't think we could have any more, so we got rid of pretty much everything. Now, here we are 25 weeks pregnant and have hardly anything. 
I think last time I had my bag packed by 35 weeks because I was "sure" he'd be born early. 5 weeks and 5 days later, he graced us with his presence 😂 I'd like to be prepared this time but my motivation is way low.

We have the same due date! I haven’t set anything up yet because we’re moving houses at the end of April so there’s no point for us to put everything up only to have to pack it up to move lol. I’ve been working on my hospital bag and my baby’s hospital bag right now, but I’m also waiting to see what I get from my baby shower. I might wanna add stuff to the bags 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’d do everything now so you can relax in the 3rd trimester 😊
