So I had sex with a new guy on Saturday night /Sunday morning. Used condoms as usual. Since yesterday I've been having this intense itching in my vagina but no white discharge. I had this happen once before, also after sex with a new guy, and I was miserable for about a week and then it cleared up. However I'm going on a trip soon and don't want to deal with it...if its ok to use otc creams for yeast infections and such for it, without being sure it's actually a yeast infection?
