Now you will go thinking no ,and don't think like that and stuff but come on in my country it's shameful to go to a therapist that's why I am trying to help myself by myself I mean most of them think every mental illness is autism one girl was introverted and they go like oh she's autistic it's so disgusting specially when we were reading a story and one of the characters committed suicide and a kid behind me is like he's autistic the thing is everybody in the class thought he was right even the teacher I mean come on it's not that hard to know a thing or two about depression and mental health, mental illness is shame in my country that makes it like twenty times harder for me to tell anyone , I know it's not my fault but it's hard to convince myself ,we had 2 people commiting suicide recently what do you think my city did they just came with fucking stupid excuses ,one of them died shooting himself so they said he was cleaning the gun and ACCIDENTALLY shoot himself , and the other one they just said she ACCIDENTALLY fell off the building , depression is not taken seriously in here it's shame to feel depressed they will say you're lack of faith and that's because you don't pray and things like that if they knew what does it even mean
