My little sister is getting married. She is super into themes, parties, cute catchphrases, hashtags, etc. I’m the introverted one who would just prefer stay at home lol. BUT I am trying hard to make her bachelorette party awesome (she’s chosen a destination beach party, which seems extra to me, but her friends are all into it and I’d have to fly no matter what, so... 🤷🏼‍♀️

Anyway, I’m working on tee shirts and a cute logo for all her stuff. I may not know parties, but I can do graphic design and decorations! I’ve created a mermaid theme to go along with the beach and the logo. They say [bride]’s last splash. I was going to put “mermaid,” “mermaid of honor,” and “mermaid bride” on them, but apparently some of the women coming are not in the bridal party. I detest the word squad and I don’t want to use tribe because it’s culturally insensitive and I’m trying my best to be more aware of my language. I’m just at a loss for a cute alternative that won’t leave the guests who aren’t a part of the bridal party feeling left out.

Any clever ideas? I can draw, but catchy catch phrases aren’t my forté.
