One year ago on 1-30-18 I lost a baby at 7 weeks. It was in my left tube (ectopic). My new boyfriend had a vasectomy during his previous marriage and says he'd be open to sperm retrieval/<a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> or a reversal. Neither has a 100% chance of success AND I'm 35 with the history of ectopic. To dissolve the baby I had methotrexate (chemo) instead of a surgery to remove the tube.

Should I give up on the idea of conceiving naturally?
