Hi,

I stopped using birth control last June, since my husband and I have started our TTC journey. I was on birth control for the past 14 years, all different types, ring, depo shot, even the nexplanon and never have I felt like this. But since getting off birth control I have been having the worst cramps. There seems to be a correlation between the cramps and when I have to poop. But, the pain gets to the point where I can’t even function, I lock myself in the bathroom and try to poop, but often it is so painful i have to stand up and sit back down to try to alleviate the pain. I don’t remember suffering from these painful cramps. If a cramp attack comes while I’m driving, i almost have to pullover until the pain subsides.

Does this happen to anyone else? How do I live with this??
