38+5 weeks need advice plz

Sorry I've been posting a lot. I've never gotten this far in a pregnancy. I'm scheduled for a C section on Wednesday but the last two night when I get up from bed my blankets are always wet Idk y just weird and last night I was helping my husband wash dishes and I had a clear slimy liquid come out while I was rinsing the dishes it had a little blood in it as well. I didn't think anything of it and took a shower and finished up and put my kids to bed. Today I've been drinking nothing but water and I've been having a lot of stomach pains and lower back pains I've tried a warm shower and my heating pad and its not working advice plz anyone.....
