First pregnancy and small bleeding and cramping

This is my first pregnancy and i am having small bleeding that seems to be flowing with small cramps nothing to big but im scared sick that it may be something wrong with my little jelly bean...i waited 4yrs to finally get pregnant and terrified that something bad is gonna happen...please help
