I had a chemical pregnancy/miscarriage in December. Since then, I have been tracking BBT & doing OPKs which I’ve never done before. I thought I may have ovulated around CD20-21 however AF is now 2 days late. UPTs are negative and I’ve had a spike in my BBT so the app notified me I may have just ovulated so I took an OPK. The cheap one is the most positive I’ve ever had and the digital says low. So now everything is clear as mud. Can someone please explain?
