Bleeding?

So I have been off of the depo shot since January of last year and started getting regular "periods" since April of Last year when I get my "periods" I don't cramp I only spot the first 2 days then bleed regular. I also believe I have "ovulation spotting" everytime on my app calendar it's ALWAYS RIGHT

Is it weird that I bleed but don't have ANY CRAMPS?? I usually poop A LOT on my period TMI and I usually get about 3 new pimples each time I get AF should I be worried is there something wrong with me? Should I call my doctor?
