How do y’all like it? How is it with preventing pregnancy?

Personally, I love it. It's said to be around 99% effective, but you should take precautions to know what may degrade it's effectiveness. Most failures using the pill are due to user error, like taking something such as a decongestant that can lower the effectiveness, or not taking it at the same time every day. 
I personally love it because I know exactly when my period will be (even though it isn't a "true" period, just a withdrawal bleed). Some women report it making them moodier or gaining weight, or anything having to do with hormone changes, but I didn't really see any difference. My periods are slightly heavier, but that is nothing compared to the peace of mind.
