First day of period? **trigger warning**

Does my miscarriage count as the first day of my period? I bled the same length of a normal period, but I ovulated a little over 3 weeks later. I'm now 9dpo.

Some OBs say yes it does, and to try again if you’re ready. Some say wait until you get one normal cycle, just to make sure everything has “reset”. So I think, yes, it counts.

No. Getting pregnant interrupted your cycle and it is unlikely that it will just continue as if nothing happened.
