We put an offer on a house weeks ago. Had an inspection and found there was a lot of neglect by the owners to the outside of the house. We asked that tell seller fix the problems that was caused by their neglect. (Huge problems like foundation, electrical, etc)

They asked for a three day extension and have until midnight to response. Our realtor hasn’t heard anything and has called, emailed, and texted their realtor multiple times.

She believes they will not even respond to our offer. This means we more then likely won’t have a house and nursery setup for the baby. It makes me so sad and a little pissed off. Why even ask for the extension if you were just going to blow us off anyway?

I am trying to focus on the positive like its January in MN, so there are probably about be a lot of options on the market. We won’t have to worry about foundation and other problems. We are only out $500 bucks. It’s still really crappy of the owners.
