Keto diet with thyroid condition
Hi!
I've been looking into the keto diet! I've heard nothing but great things! However, I have a question. I had my thyroid out in a total thyroidectomy in 2015. My question is that based on what I've researched so far, it looks like keto isn't good for people with thyroid conditions.
I'm planning on bringing this up when I see my endocrinologist next month, but I wanted to see if any of you lovely ladies had experience with this.
