Okay ladies my sister is 5months pregnant and no one new but her and her Boyfriend.

I just found out last week & my mother a week before me. why because she did not want to tell anyone. She's 20 in college and her first baby and God I didn't expect it. Now just us 4 including her man know. And she has not seen a DAM DR FOR 5 FREAKING MONTHS !! I took her to the ER they said she and the baby "dont even the gender" is fine. But the thing what I'm worried about dont they need to run spacial tests for the baby? It might be to late. Shes barely showing btw. What and how can I help her? I'm so confused it brought my anxiety when I found out to a 10 especially with no DR prenatal care.
