Keto dieting?
Hey, so Im 15 and a bit on the chubbier side (obesity runs high on both sides of my family) and me and my mom are talking about dieting for the new year and the keto diet came up.
Basically, the keto diet is low carbs and high fats and proteins for the ones who dont know.
We started basically a week ago and Im feeling horrible. I feel so nauseous and weak and so much more tired. Is this normal? I told my mom and shes still making me do this. Im glad shes starting to care for our health but this is making me feel so sick and uncomfortable.
Is this normal? Is there ways to make the keto diet easier?
