Have you ever looked through your significant others phone?

It was just in reach and he was asleep so I went through basically everything and found some stuff that made me suspicious but other stuff that made me feel the opposite. I know it’s a horrible thing to do at least in my opinion but I’ve just been feeling so jealous and insecure. I honestly think that it doesn’t matter if I was dating him or someone else I think I would’ve done it not just because he has done stuff to made me suspicious. So it’s more of me having some issues that I haven’t dealt with. I’m going to fess up to it and I’ve felt so guilty I’m on the verge of tears and I can’t eat. His reactions I feel could be that I’ve taken it too far and end it (2 yr relationship) or we can have a talk about everything. Let me know if you’ve ever confessed to snooping and how it went, on honestly scared but I have to tell him.
