so i’ve had this very dull, on and off pain in my right lower abdomen since this morning. i don’t have any fever or nausea/vomiting, and i’ve been (TMI) expelling so much gas and poop (TMI) in the past couple of hours (and it’s still going as of this writing; i can tell because my stomach has been growling and i can feel it bubbling inside). i can walk and run and everything just fine, stomach area isn’t tender, and my appetite is still intact.

has anyone had appendicitis before? if so, what were your symptoms?? i don’t wanna go to the ER just for them to tell me it’s gas...

if it matters, i’m taking 14-day prilosec otc as of Jan. 24th.
