Do you wake baby to feed??

After they gain there birth weight back do you still make sure they are every 3 hours or do you just watch for hunger cues?? My babe is 4 weeks tomorrow

My baby is 3 weeks. I do wake her after 3 hours (during the day definitely, and at night only if I'm awake). But that's simply because by that point, my breasts are starting to hurt and become slightly engorged.
