Guys what do I do I get cramps so bad to the point where I wanna go to the hospital and die like actually physically makes me depressed and I want to kill myself eveyone tells me it’s normal that I get missy and say stuff like that cause I won’t do it it’s just ur hormones but I need PLEASE SEND ADVICE AND THINGS THAT HELP WITH CRAMPS😭😭😭
